ABOUT THE CLUB
Enfield Town Football Club are the first fully supporter-owned football club in the country. Our vision is to be an inclusive club for all and a football and social centre for the community with a range of teams playing at the highest sustainable levels possible. Our Youth Section currently consists of 23 boys & girls teams, ranging from U7s to U18s and playing across 3 leagues – Watford Friendly League, Junior Premier League and The Eastern Junior Alliance.

ENFIELD TOWN FC PLAYER PATHWAY
SOCCER SCHOOL
Our Football School introduces primary-aged children to football in a safe, friendly, non-competitive environment. Players learn core skills through fun, small-sided games in one-hour age-group sessions. We also offer small-group goalkeeper coaching for ages 5–18, supporting both beginners and experienced players looking to develop their skills and progress in the specialist position.
ETFC YOUTH TEAMS
Our Youth Section consists of 23 boys & girls teams, ranging from U7s to U18s and playing across 3 leagues – Watford Friendly League, Junior Premier League and The Eastern Junior Alliance.
Players are selected from our soccer school or through regular trial sessions.
LEVEL SEVEN ACADEMY
Founded in 2012, Level 7 Academy was created to bridge the gap between grassroots and professional football, providing a performance-focused environment that develops both players and people. What began as a post-16 programme for 24 boys now supports around 500 boys and girls aged 5–19 each week. The Academy combines full-time football with education, offering opportunities to compete in the FA Youth Cup, Conference Youth League and other competitions, alongside a pathway to the Men’s First Team. The Academy boasts 12+ league and cup titles, seven international call-ups, ten professional contracts and a 100% academic success rate. Trials are by invite-only.
ETFC MEN'S FIRST TEAM
Our men’s first team compete in the Isthmian League Premier Division and play at the Queen Elizabeth II Stadium in Enfield.
